As part of the Ethnological Museum of the Old Village of Kumrovec, there is a manor Razvor which is named after the village where is located, along the Sutla River, the natural border with Slovenia. The manor was built around 1780. and was owned by the aristocratic family Erdödy. It was built in the late Baroque style. At the ground floor of the manor was a large kitchen with a bread oven and space for food preparation, while the rear area was a wine cellar. First floor was lead by wooden stairs and the spacious hallway, left and right led the doors in the children's rooms. Massive double doors led into the central room of the palace, and on the left and right were smaller salons. On the left side of the palace you can see the remains of the farm buildings, and on the right side was the building used as servants' quarters, which is now in private owned, renovated Villa Mlinarić.
